Open House Brno is an architecture festival that opens interesting buildings, places, and projects in Brno to the public during the festival weekend.

The next, 9th edition will take place on 15–17 May 2026.

Each year the festival opens dozens of places – in previous editions it included more than 100 locations of various kinds.

Yes – many tours and entries are free, although some locations may have limited capacity or require a reservation.

For some venues, yes – selected tours require ticket reservation.

Yes – the festival also offers programmes and tips for families with children, including educational activities.

You can find the complete list of locations and the accompanying programme directly on the website in the "Buildings" section or in the programme overview.

Yes – the organisers are looking for volunteers who help during the festival and throughout the year.

If you want to open your building for the festival, you can express your interest by email by the end of January (for example 31 January 2026 for the 2026 edition).

Besides open buildings, the festival often includes concerts, workshops, exhibitions, cycling routes, and other accompanying programme.
