Sustainability doesn’t mean compromise. The technologies PKV recommends to its clients have been integrated into their new offices, located on the top floor of the Vlněna office park, offering the best views of Brno. 

PKV is an innovative pioneer in the engineering industry, assisting businesses in reducing their carbon footprint and modernising their operations. Reflecting the company’s values and mission, the demands for their own office were set high. PKV enlisted the architectural studio Premier Interiors to design an innovative office environment that adheres to the highest standards of sustainability, technology, and user experience. The interior design, completed in 2020, embodies the company’s philosophy and vision regarding energy, ecology, and finance. 

The new interior moves away from traditional office layouts, creating a dynamic environment with a variety of flexible workspaces. Users can choose where and how they prefer to work. The large shared area offers diverse seating options, including high tables with bar stools, dining tables with spacious armchairs, semi-private booths, and a small relaxation zone. A key focus is on acoustic optimization; meeting rooms feature acoustic panels made from recycled plastic. Every element of the design prioritizes user comfort, reflects the company’s values, and breathes new life into reusable materials.  

The PKV offices won the Office of the Year 2020 award in the consultancy firm category and were listed among the top projects of 2020 by the Archello platform.
