The gardens of the Černopolní villas were once a single orchard, seamlessly connecting the spaces of the Low Beer, Arnold, and Tugendhat villas. It also extended to the Kaiser villa to the south and the Giskr villa to the north. At the time of the villa and garden construction, in the mid-19th century, it was a very prestigious location, adjacent to the ornamental parks in the lower part of Lužánky. Originally, the garden incorporated elements of an English park, with pavilions and gazebos, while also reflecting the contemporary needs of the public.

In recent years, the garden has undergone significant restoration under the guidance of landscape architect Doc. Ing. Přemysl Krejčiřík, Ph.D. Starting in May 2025, it will be connected with the gardens of the Low Beer and Tugendhat villas. From May 2024, the garden will bear the name of its last owners, Cecilie and Cornel Hože, who lived here from 1909 to 1939. The influence of the neighboring famous garden is evident in the winding paths, subtle spatial divisions, and focus on atmosphere. A guided tour will present this space, which is usually open to the public. The garden was reconstructed at a cost of approximately 25 million CZK and also serves as a space for art—featuring works by Brno sculptor David Škaroupka.

The Krejčiřík Atelier from Valtice also contributed to the restoration of the Arnold villa's garden. The 45-minute tour will follow the tour of the Tugendhat villa garden and provide commentary on the entire area between the three villas.
