Spielberk Office Centre

Spielberk Office Centre is a prestigious, high-standard office complex that hosts a community of forward-thinking companies.

Spielberk, the first business park developed by CTP in Brno, is located on Holandská street. The complex was designed through collaboration between Václav Hlaváček and Ben Hoek from the architectural studio Studio Acht and the landscape architect Lodewijk Baljon, with contributions from the Hrůša & Pelčák and RAW studios.

At the heart of the complex are two stretches of water that create a pleasant space for relaxation and leisure, not only for employees of the companies based there but also for Brno residents. A key aspect of Spielberk is its view of the city centre, particularly the magnificent Cathedral of SS Peter and Paul.

Approximately 4,500 people work at Spielberk, with its clientele primarily consisting of research and development centres, shared service centres, and regional company branches. The presence of cafés, restaurants, a shared library, and bike-sharing facilities enhances the working environment while also integrating the complex into the city’s daily life. The area is also home to the Marriott Courtyard hotel. The development is crowned by two high-rise buildings, Tower A and Tower B. Spielberk has become a vibrant part of the city, connected to cycle paths, making it an attractive destination even outside working hours.
