These offices are easily located in the Titanium complex designed by architect Michal Kristen, just a short walk from the main train station. The complex partially replaced the former Malá Amerika market.
Kentico now occupies the fifth floor of the Titanium building. The design conceptually continues from the fourth floor, where the company was initially based. The layout follows the building’s long corridor structure, with intentionally varied spaces to help with orientation and create a welcoming atmosphere. The kitchenette is natural and rustic, the central room with an aquarium is more sophisticated, and the meeting rooms each have their own distinct character. The aim was to “inhabit” the space and make it a comfortable, inviting place to work.
Green moss adorns the walls, complemented by wooden furniture. Glass partitions featuring colourful video game characters allow light to pass through the space. There are relaxation rooms with padded seating and walls, a foosball table, and a common room with an aquarium. Kentico prioritises pleasant and functional office spaces, which led them in 2013 to collaborate with U1 Interiors for professional interior design. The result is an office environment that supports work, relaxation, and wellbeing.
Each team has its own dedicated office, as Kentico avoids traditional open-plan layouts. The company places strong emphasis on live plants and greenery, while showers are available for colleagues after exercise, cycling, or intense meetings. These thoughtful design choices contributed to the office winning the 2016 CBRE Meeting Room of the Year award in the “Healthy Office” category.
