AZ Tower is an unmistakable landmark of Brno’s Štýřice district and, at 111 metres in height, holds the title of the tallest building in the Czech Republic. This multifunctional skyscraper comprises commercial spaces, offices, and luxury residential units in the rapidly developing southern part of the city.

The building was designed by the architectural studio Burian-Křivinka and was officially opened on 26 June 2013. From the outset, the project was conceived as an environmentally considerate structure, using the most advanced materials and technologies available. Shortly after completion, AZ Tower received the Building of the Year 2013 award in the South Moravian Region and ranked ninth in the international Emporis Skyscraper Award, which evaluates skyscrapers worldwide.

The interior of the exclusive apartment on the 28th floor is designed as a high-standard duplex maisonette with a usable area of 332 m². Unique features include a private internal staircase and a wellness zone on the upper level, comprising a heated indoor pool measuring 8 × 4 metres, a sauna, and a spacious 51 m² terrace offering panoramic views of Brno.

The apartment on the 28th floor is currently used both as a premium residential rental and for short-term accommodation.
